foundations 101
Our Signature introductory gymnastics class is suitable for those with little to no experience. In this class, gymnasts will gain an understanding of basic gymnastics terminology and skills. The class provides a full fitness workout plus activities that will challenge them physically and mentally. Athletes will learn and develop concepts that are the foundation to advance within our program with the next being Foundations 102.
Strength and flexibility will be incorporated along with the progressions necessary to move up for Beginning, Middle, & Intermediate students learning gymnastics. Once enrolled, we will automatically advance your child through the level when ready.








Foundations 102
This class is the bridge to advanced foundations (Levels 1 and 2). It will provide new challenges for our students once they have mastered the basics and encourage them to advance beyond their limits. They will put their strength and skills they gained in our signature Foundations 101 class to the test. This program’s curriculum will be centered on the techniques necessary to take athletes from foundations in the sport to a more advanced understanding of skills. They will continue to master new skills in all of the events *In order to enter this class, students must be placed by way of evaluation or coach recommendation.

This is a parent assisted and instructor led class.
This program is designed help children become more familiar with their athletic environment while engaging in gross motor skill activities associated with gymnastics and is a sweet way to enhance the connection between you as the parent and your little gymnast in a safe space outside of the home.




PRESCHOOL
foundations for Late 2's - early 3's
Late 2’s-Early 3’s
(Must be Pottytrained) This class provides opportunities to combine physical and cognitive skill building through fun, play, and themed lesson plan exploration. The main focus for this age group is skill progression, technique introduction, and group engagement.
foundations for Late 3's - early 5's
Late 3’s-Early 5’s This class continues building confidence and introducing specific skill sets and beginning level gymnastics training. The focus is on skill execution, form emphasis, cooperation, and team building.
After preschool foundations
This class builds on confidence and a foundational gymnastics skill set while transitioning from a structured classroom environment to sport for the first time. This class will focus on skill execution, form emphasis, cooperation, team building and getting those afterschool wiggles out and patient coaches ready for that energy!
kindergarten
This class builds on confidence and a foundational gymnastics skill set while transitioning from a structured classroom environment to sport for the first time. tumbling
begineer/intermediate
This class will provide a fun, encouraging environment for your child’s first tumbling experience. Students will learn the very basics of tumbling, working on skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and jumps. They will also advance important physical abilities such as coordination and body control through the different drills and activities in the class. This class is great for students who do not like working with the gymnastics’ apparatuses or those that want to tumble just like their role model and centers around creating a fun environment for students’ first starting to tumble. Your child will begin to learn the basics of tumbling while working on social skills and building confidence.
intermediate/advanced
This class will provide new challenges for our students once they have mastered the basics and encourage them to advance beyond their limits. This program’s curriculum is centered on the techniques necessary to take athletes from tumbling foundations to a more advanced understanding of skills and introduce complex challenges such as connecting skills. Tumbling skills introduced will include handstand forward rolls, round offs, back walkovers, back handspring shaping drills, back handsprings, and standing back tucks. Classes are taught in a fun yet focused manner, encouraging students to achieve higher-level skills
*In order to enter this class, students must be placed by way of evaluation or coach recommendation. Athletes must be able to complete all basic skills with proper form and possess a consistent backbend kickover.
NINJA (BOYS ONLY)
This class is a fast paced program that focuses mainly on strength, speed, balance, agility and introducing students to the world of athletic training. The unique activities, obstacle courses and challenges of the class create an excellent opportunity for your child to build a strong athletic foundation through developing their strength, speed, and coordination. It’s a nintastic way for young men to burn off extra energy and provides the perfect place for them to practice running, jumping, and climbing in a safe environment. Students will work to Increase their own times on courses, etc and will have the option to join a year end warrior challenge to test their abilities. While the class is not entirely gymnastics, it does incorporate gymnastics based movements which are great for improving strength, coordination and confidence!




Mommy & Me
