Special Events

What to Expect:

• Our experienced and qualified coaches will facilitate your party for you and your guests will have the chance to participate in jumping, climbing, swinging, tumbling, twirling, and overall play. You get full use of the studio facilities during your reserved time slot. The special birthday guest will get a medal and personalized certificate and your attendees will get a personalized ribbon.
• An experienced and hand selected team of instructors will provide a high energy, interactive, enthusiastic, and celebratory experience in a safe, faith based, encouraging and uplifting environment
• FGA exclusives such as awards, medal and certificate.
• The private use of FGA for personal guest of birthday boy/girl and his/her parents only for the alotted time slot.
• Parties will consist of 1.5 hours of gymnastics instruction, refreshments, awards ceremony and mural photo.

Guidelines:

• All guests must have a signed liability statement at FGA before entering studio.
• The number of party-goers counted towards total includes any child on the gymnastics floor regardless of age. Adults are not permitted on the gymnastics floor or equipment.
• If you have a reservation for the maximum of 12 guests, notification of a lesser amount attending must be received within 72 hours of the party date.
• If you must reschedule, please contact FGA as soon as possible to make arrangements as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. 
• The birthday child’s family may arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party to decorate/set up. Balloons and banners are great.
• No confetti, glass bottles or alcoholic beverages.
• Payment in full is due at the time of booking your party in which you will receive an invoice from Foundations Gymnastics Academy. This sum does not include gratuity.
• Gratuity: $25 per coach (there will be 2-3 at each party) This only applies to the assistants, not ownership.
• Attendees must be potty trained.
• No shoes are allowed on the floor. Socks are encouraged.
• Coaches will communicate rules/expectations ensuring each child is informed on safety of themselves and others. ***If a guest is not following rules, he/she may be asked to leave.
• Once guests begin wrapping up and departing they are not permitted back on the mats or equipment.
• Only water and a sweet treat may be served.
• Party planners are responsible for decor and paper goods. If interested in a curated package (invites and/or balloon garland/swag) we are happy to help you plan.
